1. Personalised Products

Due to the custom nature of personalised items:

  • We do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the item is faulty or incorrect
  • Please double-check all personalisation details before placing your order

If there is an issue with your order, contact us within 7 days of delivery.


2. Digital Products

All digital downloads are non-refundable once delivered.

This is because digital products cannot be returned or revoked after access.

If you experience any issues accessing your file, we will assist you.


3. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item:

  • Arrives damaged
  • Is incorrect

We will offer:

  • A replacement, or
  • A refund

You must contact us within 7 days and provide proof (e.g. photos).


4. Cancellations

  • Orders can only be cancelled within [e.g. 12–24 hours] of purchase
  • Once production has started, cancellations may not be possible
